What if I have my own logo, can you put that on my item?
Yes. You will need to send that logo to me in a .pdf. If the logo is to be embroidered, there will be a set up fee, which I will determine once I see the logo. If it is to be done in vinyl (for a sign or magnet), there may be a set up fee.
 
Once I pay the set up fee, will I have to pay it again to use my logo in the future?
No. Once your logo is in my system, you will not have to pay the set up fee again.
 
Can I order just one custom item, or is there a minimum order?
You can order just one or hundreds. However, if there is a set up fee, it will not be less or more based on the number of items in your order.
 
Do you have apparel items in stock at your store?
I do keep some of the more common items on hand, but special orders are no problem. From your order to a complete job can be as little as five business days. Larger orders will take longer.
 
Can I try things on before I buy them?
Yes, if you are able to make it to my store location and I have the item on hand.
 
What if I make a special order and do not like the finished product, am I obligated to purchase it?
Yes. Because if I must purchase these items specially, you will have to pay for it. For this reason I encourage you to be sure of what you want. This way neither you nor I am stuck with something we do not want.
 
How long will it take to get my completed product?
Sometimes I can do it in one day and sometimes it takes longer. If you order a larger quantity and there is a deadline on your end, I encourage you to order three weeks out. This ensures that I can get all of the apparel items and still have the time to add your special touch.
 
I tried to call you, but no one picked up. Do you have specific hours?
Yes. I am the owner and sole employee. I am only able to answer my phone while I am in the shop. My hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.. If you call outside of these hours, leave a message and I will do my best to get back to you within 2 business days. You can also email me, but the same hours apply.
 
Can I get my college team or company (for example, McDonalds or Safeway) logo put onto an item?
Due to copy right laws, I am not able to use registered team or company logos without permission.
 
Can you personalize an item that I did not purchase from you?
